RAM AJJARAPU

CEO

Ram Ajjarapu is the majority shareholder and CEO of RA Capital Funding. He also serves as CEO of Ashley Stewart and President & CEO of Global Information Technology (GIT), a $50M revenue company offering IT staffing services to Fortune 100 companies. With extensive experience in technology, ethanol production, and business management, Ram has founded and co-founded multiple successful ventures. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from The Institute of Engineer (India) and an MBA from the University of South Florida.

Gregg Rubin

President & Chief Credit Officer

Gregg Rubin is responsible for portfolio management, business development, and operations at RA Capital Funding. He has over 30 years of experience in the factoring industry and has held senior positions at institutions such as Plus Enterprises LLC, Harbor Business Credit LLC, and Heller Financial Inc. Gregg holds a B.S.B.A. in Management and Psychology from the University of Tampa.

George Kachejian

CFO

George Kachejian brings over 50 years of experience in lending, operations, and accounting to his role as CFO at RA Capital Funding. He has held CFO and COO positions at several mid-sized businesses and has played a key role in numerous mergers and acquisitions. George has also worked with large financial institutions like Chase Bank and NatWest USA.

Shelley Malin

Financial Controller

Shelley Malin oversees financial reporting and client operations at RA Capital Funding. With over 20 years of experience as a Controller and Operations Manager in the manufacturing industry, she brings expertise in all aspects of accounting. She holds a  B.S. in Accounting from Queens College.

Steve Simon

Account Executive

Steve Simon is responsible for client monitoring and lending at RA Capital Funding. With over 40 years of experience in operations and accounting at manufacturing companies, Steve has also served as an independent financial consultant. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
